My own health journey showed me just how frustrating it is to feel dismissed, brushed off, or told “everything looks normal” when you know something’s not right.

That experience drove me to dig deeper—not just for myself, but for the people I now work with every day.

I became a Naturopathic Doctor to help people get answers, feel heard, and take back control of their health.

I work with people to uncover the deeper reasons behind what’s going on in their bodies—whether it’s hormones, digestion, skin, or stress. Together, we make sense of the symptoms and create a plan that feels clear, manageable, and aligned with your goals.

In my practice, I work with people to investigate the why behind the symptoms. That could mean hormonal shifts, digestive dysfunction, stress, nutrient gaps, or something deeper. For many individuals, acne is one of the first signs that something inside needs attention—and it's often overlooked or over-medicated without asking why it's happening in the first place.

That’s exactly why I created my free on-demand webinar, 3 Reasons Your Acne Isn't Clearing (That Your Doctor Never Told You). If breakouts have become your body’s way of raising a red flag, this webinar is your next step. I walk you through the most common root causes of acne I see in clinic—and what to start doing about it. Watch it anytime.

Sarah (name changed to protect patient privacy) had tried everything — dermatologists, birth control, Accutane, elimination diets, expensive skincare, gut cleanses. She came to me exhausted, overwhelmed, and still breaking out. She told me she felt like she had been dismissed at every step, with people telling her it 'wasn't that bad', or that there was 'nothing else to be done about it'.

And honestly? That hit me hard — because I remember feeling that exact same way.

Everything changed for Sarah when she stopped chasing surface-level solutions and started asking real questions. We looked at her hormones, her digestion, her stress, her sleep. Things no one had ever connected to her skin before.

And within a few months, she wasn’t just seeing improvement — she was starting to recognize herself again.

Not just in the mirror, but in how she showed up at work. In how she spoke with confidence. In how she made plans without anxiety about how her skin would look.

Because when you stop covering up symptoms and start healing the root, everything changes.

That’s what I do. I help women get answers — when no one else could.
