A comprehensive evaluation of your skin concerns, history, and contributing internal factors in a 1-on-1 appointment with Dr. Alecia Dodge ND. This helps identify not just what is showing up on the surface, but why it may be happening.

Customized Treatment Plan

A personalized plan tailored to your skin type, symptoms, and underlying drivers. This may include nutrition, lifestyle guidance, supplementation, and targeted skincare recommendations.

Preventative Care

Focus on reducing the likelihood of flare-ups and recurring skin issues over time. The goal is to support long-term skin stability, not just short-term symptom relief.

Skin Barrier & Inflammation Support

Attention is given to strengthening the skin barrier and calming inflammation from within. This helps improve overall skin resilience, sensitivity, and reactivity.

Internal Balance (Gut, Hormones, Stress)

Exploration of how digestion, hormonal patterns, and stress physiology may be influencing your skin. These systems often play a central role in persistent or recurring skin conditions.
