## Want to see me in a one-on-one session?

Every new patient starts out with an initial visit , which lasts up to 60 minutes. During this visit, I take the time to get to know you , your health concerns, your goals, what challenges you're having, and discuss all the factors that are affecting your health. From there, I create a treatment plan specific to you and what you're comfortable with.

Naturopathic treatments are heavily based on changing lifestyle habits - it's important to me that your treatment plan is feasible and realistic to you, which is why you are involved in making decisions at every step of the process.

Click "Book Initial Appointment" below and schedule your visit on your own time using my online booking system. In-person and virtual appointments are available to all residents of Ontario, Canada. *Most naturopathic services are covered by extended health benefits plans. Be sure to check your plan.*

## Frequently Asked Questions

What conditions do you treat?

I offer naturopathic care for a wide range of health concerns, including digestion, hormones, stress, sleep, skin health, and more. Whether you're looking for support with chronic issues or just want to optimize your well-being, we’ll create a plan that works for you.

Do I need to have a specific health concern to book an appointment?

No! Many patients come to me for general wellness support, preventative care, and optimizing their health—even if they don’t have a specific condition.

What happens in a naturopathic appointment?

In your first visit, we’ll go over your health history, symptoms, and goals. From there, I may recommend lab testing and will create a personalized plan that includes nutrition, lifestyle changes, and targeted supplementation.

Naturopathic treatment focuses on addressing the root cause of health concerns using evidence-based, holistic approaches, which may include:

Nutrition & lifestyle guidance – Personalized diet and habit recommendations to support your health.

Supplements – Targeted nutrients to correct deficiencies and optimize wellness.

Botanical medicine – Herbal remedies to support healing naturally.

Acupuncture – Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques for pain, stress, hormones, skin health, pregnancy, and more.

Lab testing – Comprehensive testing to get a deeper look at your health.

Each treatment plan is tailored to your needs and comfort level.

Do you offer in-person or virtual appointments?

I offer both!

In-person appointments take place at The Natural Way Health Clinic and are ideal for those who prefer face-to-face care or require hands-on treatments like acupuncture. The clinic address is:

131 Union St E, Unit 103

Waterloo ON

N2J 1C4

Virtual appointments are available for Ontario residents and are perfect for those who prefer the convenience of a consultation from home. Virtual care includes the same thorough assessment and personalized treatment planning.

How many appointments will I need?

The number of appointments varies depending on your health concerns and goals. Most patients benefit from a series of follow-ups to track progress and adjust their plan. Typically:

Acute concerns may need 1-3 visits.

Chronic or complex concerns (hormonal imbalances, gut health, skin conditions, etc.) often require ongoing care over several months.

My Breakthrough Acne Program is a structured 6-month plan designed for long-term skin health.

We’ll discuss what makes the most sense for you after your initial appointment.

Do you offer direct billing?

No, I do not offer direct billing, but I provide detailed receipts that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Are naturopathic appointments covered by insurance?

Many extended health benefit plans cover naturopathic medicine, but coverage varies. I recommend checking with your provider to see what’s included in your plan.

How much does an appointment cost?

Initial appointment (60 minutes): $220

Follow-up appointments (up to 60 minutes): $220

Lab tests, supplements, and skincare products (if recommended) are not included in the appointment fee.

Do you prescribe medication?

Yes, I hold a prescribing license authorized by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), allowing me to prescribe certain substances, including high-dose vitamins and hormone replacement therapies.

Some common medications I can prescribe include:

Vitamin D, Folic Acid, Vitamin A, Vitamin B12 injections, Desiccated thyroid, Estrogen, and Progesterone
